Another trailer on Dumb Drum, yes but I don’t give a mutherfuck cause this one’s pretty dope, too! Terry Gilliam had a problem when his lead Heath Ledger left this world without finishing his film. So Hollywood stepped up and Johnny Depp, Jude Law & Colin Farrell stepped in and came to the rescue. We hadn’t really seen anything beyond a few still and rather mundane clips but this time we get a full on international trailer for The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. The reviews coming out of Cannes have been mixed but at the very least, you have to admit that the film looks visually stunning. Wow, I think I’ve said “visually stunning” like 50 times this week. I think I’ll be busting out my thesaurus this weekend and get my learn on. So what did you guys think of this? Will people be able to look past the Ledger factor and judge it properly as a Terry Gilliam film? Hmmm….
