Dem Trailers: New York, I Love You

Seems fitting that we’re finally getting an “official” trailer (a teaser dropped almost a year ago) for the newest in the film series that inspired my latest project today as I plan to finally start editing the first part this weekend. It’s also odd that the segment directed by my future ex-wife Scarlett Johansson segment seems to have been omitted from the final cut of the film but at least Shu Qi is still in there. So some of you might have seen the first part of this series called Paris, Je T’aime (Paris, I Love You) and although it was kinda only aight, the concept was pretty fascinating. Hopefully this one will come through a little better than the original. Plus, I think New York is 100 times more interesting than Paris, visually. But only because I’ve been to New York. There was Tokyo (Michel Gondry directed a segment in there) which was kind of in the same vein but not officially part of this series but there are more cities planned in this series including Shanghai, Jerusalem & Rio De Janeiro. Keep your eye open for an unofficial Fresno chapter soon, too :)
