Man, I had a pretty good weekend and this drama only added to the cool factor. So late Saturday, Engadget posted this story about a possible iPhone 4 showing up at a San Jose bar where someone (probably an Apple employee. Hope the person has a job today) seemed to have dropped it. Seemed fishy but compelling nonetheless. Last night, the same site noticed that the phone showed up in a picture leaked a few days before the reveal of the the iPad a few months back that looked remarkably similar to this new phone. This pretty much confirmed that the lost phone was in fact a new model of everyone’s favorite cell phone. But this morning came the hand-on inspection of the actual found phone. From what Gizmodo was able to discover (before the phone was remotely killed) was that is was in fact running a modified version of iPhone OS 4 and as far as hardware, it has a forward facing camera, a upgraded camera behind with a built-in flash and a higher res, although smaller sized, display up front. Check out all the gory details at the official post but for now, just soak it in and start counting the days until this bad boy is in your hands! So on that note, will you be upgrading your phone when this bad boy is released in a few months?
my my my, i can't wait until june.
