*sigh* Nobody really knows what the fuck Joaquin Phoenix’s deal with this film really is nor if his whole “going crazy” shtick from the last couple of years has only been a role for this film and quite frankly, I’m not sure I care. But since the film sparked a bidding war, as well as claims of illegal activity captured by the lens of director Casey Affleck, it seems we’re are not going to able to avoid this film so rather than ignore it, lets see what all the hype is all about. Oh yeah, the trailer really doesn’t give you any fucking idea of what the film is about. Okay, next?
See what I did there? At least these jackasses don’t try to bury the lead. Some of my favorite times at a movie theater have been watching the Jackass gang do their thing and you know what… I’m not even mad this movie is in 3D. And seriously, I watched that last stunt in the trailer at least 15 times before someone had to physically detach the mouse from my hand. I can’t wait!
Maybe "I'm Still Here" would look remotely interesting if "Exit Through the Gift Shop" hadn't come out first.
Looking forward to "Jackass 3D" though. I hate 3D, but man, those guys still make me laugh.
Perhaps they'll do a 2D release along side… but I kinda wanna see it in 3D :)
