Mmmm, Oscar season is upon us which usually means that there are some top notch films that just didn’t play in our local cinemas. Good thing Fresno Filmworks comes through and books another great film for our community. Woody Harrelson was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Messenger and here’s your chance to catch the film as it will be screened twice today at 5:30 p.m. and again at 8:15 p.m. and it’s all going down at the Tower Theater, located in the heart of Fresno’s Tower District. Tickets are $10 for general admission and $8 for students & seniors. Come on out and support the people who have been on a roll lately in bringing some good films into town.
