I’ve never heard of Ian Pfaff but if I were looking to hire someone a animator/digital artist/ video producer here at Dumb Drum, I’d pick this guy up with the quickness. But don’t take my word for it, watch his motherfucking demo reel up there and see for yourself. This demo reel is NSFW due to language, violence & a dildo or two so be warned. And if those are somethings you don’t want associate your business with, you might wanna pass on hiring this guy while you’re at it.

Sheesh. If I had audio at work or a computer at home that wasn't so freaking slow I'd be over here everyday. The video looked neato. Maybe when I get home I'll listen to the audio portion of it while my computer struggles to show me 8 or 9 frames of the video.
Then I can mash them together in my mind.
