SKYLINE

In the sci-fi thriller Skyline, strange lights descend on the city of Los Angeles, drawing people outside like moths to a flame where an extraterrestrial force threatens to swallow the entire human population off the face of the Earth.

Skyline is directed and produced by the Brothers Strause (Alien vs. Predator: Requiem), whose company Hydraulx has provided visual effects for Avatar, Iron Man 2, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and 300.

Rogue Pictures’ SKYLINE has been rated PG-13 (Parents Strongly Cautioned – Some Material May Be Inappropriate for Children Under 13) for sequences of intense sci-fi action and violence, some language, and brief sexual content.

  1. Have been looking forward to this film ever since seeing the floating foam people used to advertise the movie at San Diego Con.

Might have to go with Aliens, as it took the greatness of the first one and stepped it up a notch.

  2. I love the series V, yea i know its not a movie but it was Classic sci fi flick and Robert Englund ( AKA FREDDY KRUGER) was in that movie as well

  3. My favorite movie is between Silent Hill, if you can call that scifi and District 9 which is a scifi. On a side note i've been waiting for this movie to come out.

  4. Skyline with the guy from Texas Chainsaw Massacre, hopefully he massacres some alien swine.

  5. I'm going to say as a classic sci fi film: Empire Strikes Back
But as a newer film, definately Inception. Not just because of all the hype but because it's a fun and thought provoking movie, I can't really find a negative with it.

  6. I love the kind of science fiction that is so real that it forces you to ask if it is or could be! Movies like Jurassic Park, Independence Day, and even Avatar. And of course the Matrix Trilogy but you said science-fiction, and as we all know, the Matrix is real.

  7. Favorite Sci-fi Movie of all time…. So far it hasn’t come out yet… Really looking forward to Tron: Legacy. Saw 24 minutes of it at Tron night in SF earlier this month. Went to Flynn’s Arcade and got digitized and visited The End Of Line Club during Comicon in San Diego. Met Joseph Kosinski, the director, twice; Bruce Boxleitner (Allen Bradley/ Tron), Edward Kitsis (Writer), Beau Garrett (Jem one of the Sirens), and Jason Bently (The music director that hired Daft Punk)

I’ve had an absolute blast being apart of the ARG for the movie FLYNN LIVES. Check out http://www.flynnlives.com and join in the fun before it ends! There is soo much more to the story line than what will be in the movie!
