The Spike TV 2010 Scream Awards were held this weekend and at the ceremony Wes Craven and some of the cast were on hand to premier the first teaser trailer for Scream 4. Although it’s shaky cam, it still kinda gives you an idea of what to expect from the newest addition to the franchise. I’ll hold my judgment until something better quality shows up (the awards show is set to air this week) but for now, enjoy seeing this little clip before the studio pulls it.
