Scion FR-S Concept debuts at NY Auto Show, might be my next car

It seems that this Toyota/Subaru project car has been in the works forever now. First, Toyota unleashed the FT-86 conceptĀ and today at the NY Auto Show, the rumors that the car was going to hit our shores under the Scion moniker were confirmed when the company revealed the FR-S Concept. Sure, were still in the concept stage and we all know these things never look anything in final production stage, but watching that sexy video up there with some glorious 1080p beauty shots… man, I think I know what my next car may be. And with Subaru revealing the 2012 Impreza with a rather unimpressive makeover, this might actually be coming true. Sure, I’m smitten but dan that looks friggan’ cool. Now to see what the Subaru side of this collaboration reveals. Better look better than that damn Impreza.

  1. Curves are impressive. Def Sexy. But how much of this is production ready I wonder.
Hope it wont resemble the RX8 too much (not that the RX8 is bad) once the toned down production vehicle gets released.

    Did they release any specs?
