I just suffered a nerdgasm so sorry if this post comes off a bit incoherent. According to MTV Movies, writers of the Iron Man film have suggested that Hulk should be the villain of the upcoming Avengers film (set for a 2011 release). Now, this doesn’t mean a damn thing as these dudes are not on writing duties for the film (that honor belongs to Zak Penn) but hopefully Mr. Penn will take this into consideration. I mean the recent Hulk movie left it wide open for the Avengers to be called in to recapture a loose Bruce Banner (the Tony Stark-General Ross meeting) so hopefully they will capatalize on that. Just imagime what seeing Iron Man & Captain America & Thor taking on the Hulk would look like in motion? Just thinking about it makes me feel all warm inside. What do you guys think? Would this be the Ultimate (no pun intended) scenario for the film?
