Apparently Tarantino appeared on American Idol last night for some fucken reason (he’s done this before, hasn’t he?) and on the show, they showed this little clip from the upcoming film from the director. Some new stuff, pretty cool behind the scenes action, short but enought to whet your appetite till the new trailer drops… probably pretty soon. Dammit, I can’t stop sayng “Gnat-zis” again. You know what’s funny too? They didn’t say the name of the movie on American Idol. Guess ‘Basterds’ is too strong a word for that kind of wholesome family entertainment. They instead referred to his upcoming project “a world war 2 story” or some such bullet-dodging. Nyuk nyuk.
I was wondering about that. But the real question here is why THE fuck were you watching American Idol?! And if you use the excuse that you knew this was gonna be on, I’ll let you slide :)
